Reports on the understanding that whilst
every care is taken in detecting damage they
will not be responsible for unseen faults.
We recommend all potential purchasers
examine all lots in person prior to bidding.
Reports will be emailed to you in the
Microsoft Snapshot Viewer format. The
software to view Condition Reports comes as
a part of most versions of the Microsoft
Office suite of programs (Word, Excel etc.).
However, if you have not installed Microsoft
Office (or have an old version) you will
need to download a FREE copy of the Snapshot
Viewer software.
